Are MÁDARA products certified organic?
Yes, all MÁDARA products are certified natural and organic according to the international ECOCERT and COSMOS standards. This means ingredients are sustainably sourced, processed without harmful chemicals, and are fully biodegradable.
Do you offer international shipping?
We ship our organic skincare worldwide. Delivery times typically range from 3 to 7 business days within Europe and 5 to 14 business days for international orders, depending on your location and chosen shipping method.
Are your products cruelty-free and vegan?
MÁDARA is a cruelty-free brand. We do not test on animals, nor do we ask others to do so on our behalf. The vast majority of our products are 100% vegan, with the exception of a few items containing ethically sourced beeswax or honey.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for products purchased directly from our webshop. Items must be unused and in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link. You can use this link to monitor your package's journey until it reaches your doorstep.
Are the product containers recyclable?
Sustainability is at our core. Most of our packaging is made from post-consumer recycled plastics, plant-based materials, or glass, and is 100% recyclable. Please check the symbols on the specific product packaging for sorting instructions.
